The plain English terms and Conditions.

By making use of the services offered either on this web site, or by using the phone services, (collectively "the services") you agree that:

You will not use the service for any purpose that is illegal, including (but not limited to) harassment, stalking, threatening or abusive behavior. You will not transmit unlawful, libelous, defamatory or other similar material. Furthermore, you will not use the services for antisocial behavior, including bullying and spamming.

You have all appropriate permissions to use the phone service, to download to the phone, to receive, view, play or distribute items.

You consent to us logging your use of this system. This may involve us gathering data about you, or about your connection, and even about your usage habits. However we will never divulge information acquired about you to another party. Unless a court order insists, and even then we will be minimally compliant. Unless you are bullying or stalking or undertaking other antisocial behaviour, in which case we will be as helpful to the relevant authorities as possible. Additionally, it is possible (though we have no plans at this time to do so) that we may make aggregate data available to selected third parties, and if so we will ensure that no identification of an individual is possible.

You won't sue us. For any reason. Ever. Furthermore, you indemnify us and hold us indemnified against any action of yours, or from any third party that occurs as a result of you using the service.

The operation of this service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error free, nor will this service always be available. This is cyberspace and technology, and things do go wrong. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the system works as advertised. In particular, we will endeavor to ensure that if you order (and thus pay for) an item via the order line, that this item is delivered to you.

Most non-delivery error are caused by you keying the wrong phone number. If you don't receive an item, first check the non-arrival query to ensure that you did enter the details correctly, and this will also contain a status report from our injection of the item into the global mobile phone networks. If that result is "OK", then the message is in the hands of your own network; there is nothing that we can do to influence that item on the way to your phone.

Items ordered from this site may not be compatible with all phones. If you order an incompatible item, that is not our fault, and we are not liable to refund you. We are never liable for any and all things that may happen to your phone.

You are responsible for your phone bills. We will attempt to terminate the phone connection at the conclusion of the transaction, but do not guarantee that this will be sucessful. You must hang up!
